Don’t use the Red Sauce

Ever since I moved to Chicago, I’ve started to experiment in the kitchen when it comes to making meals.  Today, that meal came in the form of enchiladas, a dish I make quite often.

Normally, I use the green sauce, because it’s a nice mellow sauce that just tastes yummy.

Today, I used the red sauce, and I’m ninety-eight percent sure my mouth literally caught on fire.
